Most users are currently not enrolled in Duo Two-Factor Authentication and will simply need to enter their Rowan network username and password, type the word bypass into the Second Password / Duo Authentication field and click OK in order to login to the VPN service. The VPN login prompt now contains a new Second Password / Duo Authentication field which is used to support additional security (Two-Factor Authentication).
